In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee  training and development programmes, identifying training needs through performance evaluations and close collaboration with department managers. You will organise training sessions including scheduling, venues, materials, equipment, catering, and logistics, and support employee onboarding and orientation programmes. Maintaining accurate training records, reports, and HR databases will be central to your responsibilities, as will assisting with performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and satisfaction surveys. You will coordinate internship programmes and employee certification initiatives, monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements, and support internal and external audits by maintaining HR and training documentation. Administering probation evaluations, employee confirmation processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and workplace safety requirements will also form part of your day-to-day contribution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and brings one to three years of experience in HR, Training and Development, Learning and Development, or a related HR role. Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is required, and familiarity with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected. Knowledge of ISO standards and HR documentation is a meaningful advantage.
