Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and hardworking Assistant Executive to the CEO who can manage operations work & can handle multiple responsibilities, including team task management, data entry, telemarketing coordination, operations work, and confidential reporting. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, well-educated, and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track team tasks to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and update company databases accurately.
Coordinate with telemarketers and manage lead data.
Handle operations-related tasks such as form filing and documentation.
Report daily updates and confidential discussions to the CEO.
Ensure confidentiality of company matters and sensitive information.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (must be excellent in data management).
Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure.
Honest, hardworking, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
