Description Life as an Assistant Food and Beverage Director: As the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, you will be an integral part of our culinary and hospitality team, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the seamless operation and exceptional service delivery of our banquet events and outlet. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the Banquets team and outlet, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans for enhancing the overall food and beverage experience, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Providing leadership and guidance to the Banquets team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Executive Chef to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize efficiency in food and beverage operations. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as all applicable regulations and policies. What We're Looking For:We are seeking an individual with the following attributes: Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Hospitality Expertise: Extensive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting, with a deep understanding of banquet operations and restaurant management. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of business plans, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing guest experiences. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and external partners. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in banquet operations and/or restaurant management. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
