Key Responsibilities Manage all Food & Beverage daily operations Monitor customer satisfaction and service improvement Immediate and effective response to complaints Responsible for scheduling, training and mentoring of the F&B staff Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies and ensuring operational needs are met Ensure proper implementation of health and safety rules in the food departments Degree of Higher or Higher School of Tourism Professions, domestic or foreign Excellent knowledge of English Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5 * hotels or restaurants Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS) A salary that makes Mondays better – Competitive pay for your awesomeness.
