Qualifications Essential Ingredients: Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a large hotel setting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language! Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments A strong affinity with Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting) Responsibilities: Support the F&B Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting). Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience. Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members to reach their full potential. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards. Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally. Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs. Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to menu development and event planning to enhance revenue. Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
