THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• Ideally, the candidate should have 1+ years of similar experience in a similar property or environment
• The assistant manager will help with identifying training needs for staff and take pride in team development and management coaching
• We are looking for an assistant manager who will deliver very high standards of knowledge and customer care
• Ability to represent the department at meetings when required
• A willingness for professional development in Powerscourt Hotel and with the MHL Hotel Collection.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The main purpose of this role will be helping the Bar and Lounge Manager with the delivery of 5* service to Powerscourt’s guests in the Sugarloaf lounge, the Assistant F&B Manager will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial target delivery.
