Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the catering operations and guest services of several outlets at the Innsbruck Airport location
• Organization and ensuring a smooth daily routine , from preparation to follow-up.
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, duty rosters and team leadership on site
• Active host role – you create a welcoming atmosphere and personally take care of our guests.
• Compliance with hygiene standards and quality assurance , especially in the guest area
• Active participation in day-to-day operations as needed
• Collaboration with the kitchen and regional management on budget, billing and organizational matters
• Responsibility for an attractive and well-maintained guest area
• Communication with authorities and external bodies , e.g. during official inspections, audits or approvals.
• Actively shaping customer loyalty activities (customer visits and support, conducting satisfaction surveys, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy, hotel management or a comparable field, so that you have a firm grasp of the basics and processes.
• Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector , ideally in a management position
• Confident handling of IT systems to ensure that duty rosters, orders and processes run smoothly.
• A host with heart and a comprehensive approach, ensuring guests feel comfortable.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations so that you can meet standards and ensure safety.
• Leadership skills , organizational talent and team orientation, so that you can lead and develop a motivated team.
• A hands-on mentality , so you can flexibly pitch in and always keep track of everything.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken
