Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Facilities Duty Manager, you’ll play a key part in leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality soft facilities services, including:

  • Cleaning
  • soft facilities service (including cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance, reception/concierge functions and Health, Safety and Compliance activities)
  • Reception and concierge duties

You will help foster a culture of pride in our spaces, ensuring services reflect the University’s commitment to excellence and outstanding customer care.
