Description

ESSENTIALS:

· At least 3-5 years’ experience in the UAE.
· Must have knowledge in full FM operations. (SOFT & HARD SERVICES)
· Must have strong personality and can handle staff.
· Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.
· Can support Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a facility.
· Ability to prepare the schedule and oversee maintenance task, preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
· Assisting with preparation of reports, maintaining records and track key performance.
· Effectively communicating with internal & external stakeholders regarding facility related matters.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritized effectively and meet deadlines
· Ability to interacts with occupants and address their concerns related to facilities
· Experience working in Facility Management Company.
· Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.
Nationality: Any
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible.
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
Driving License: preferred driving license
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.
Age: between 35 – 45 yrs old
Salary: To be discussed depending on the interview and experience.
