REQUIREMENTS:

  • A solid track record with a minimum of 1 years in Facilities coordinator / Management
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail
  • Financial acumen to adeptly manage CAPEX projects and property maintenance
  • Strong expertise in subcontractor and supplier management
  • A proactive, hands-on approach complemented by exceptional organizational abilities
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client
  • Manage site operations including vendors, lodge work requests, troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests
  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management.
  • Conduct account administration and support the facilities management team as well as client
  • Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections.
