Site Operations Management Managing all of soft services including Event, MAC, Minor Project and cleaning operation Managing Work order to meet KPI’s requirement Establish the relationship with key users for smooth operation Consolidate information & generate reports, communications & documents as required by client. Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintained. Always setup the target / challenge for the team to improve our services Finance Management Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Support prompt and accurate management of Budget/Purchase orders/Invoices Mitigates risk for the organization by ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable Look for opportunities to cross-sell services and to reduce cost to our customers operation People Management Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success. Provides point in time coaching to elevate performance Vendor Management Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works) Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Business level of English and Japanese At least 3 years or more experience on Soft services or Event arrangement and team management Customer service-oriented attitude Friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help meet our customer’s needs Able to prioritize effectively Proactive and positive attitude Team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding for the use of confidentiality and diplomacy Excellent multi-tasking, project management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Employment Type: Contract Employee Work Location: Tokyo Smoking Policy: No smoking on premises (designated smoking areas available) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:10 PM (hours may vary when working at client sites) Remote Work: On-site attendance required (Remote work requests require consultation) Holidays: Two days off per week (Follows Japanese calendar) Salary: Expected Base Salary: 5,200,000 - 6,000,000 yen *The above amount is a guideline only.
