JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our global client account team at JLL. This role will be responsible for overseeing facility management operations, leading a diverse team of talents, managing senior stakeholders, and driving service optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management and service improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and technologies
• Proven track record in managing large-scale client accounts
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
