POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our dedicated team servicing a major corporate client account. This role requires a customer-focused professional who will work on-site at the client’s London offices to deliver exceptional facilities management services while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate facilities management or client services
  • Proven track record in corporate real estate or integrated facilities management
  • Strong understanding of corporate workplace environments and employee needs
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and service level agreements
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM platforms

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Understanding of corporate workplace trends (hybrid work, activity-based working)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Knowledge of corporate procurement processes and vendor management
  • Excellent presentation and report writing capabilities
