* Assists the FSO with the overall security program including processing new employees security clearances and other required forms by the COMMAND/Agency to ensure access requirement is met (COMMAND/Agency specified form). * Tracks and review security clearance investigations, including monitoring Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) administration of investigation, Personnel Security Investigation Protocol (PSIP) and other additional background screening packages. * Be involved with the self-inspection and review of security processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws. * Recommends process performance improvements. Ensures corrective measures eliminate deficiencies and reoccurrence. * Assist with incident/adverse information and Foreign Travel reporting. * Provides security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel. * Processes outgoing visit requests and certifications. * Assist in ensuring document control security by safeguarding classified documents in accordance with the NISPOM Rule. * Support other company security disciplines as needed in connection with classified projects. Qualifications * Must be a US Citizen - cleared at the minimum of Secret Security Clearance * Detail oriented and reliable * Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines * Must be able to communicate effectively * Developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting * Knowledge and experience with utilizing DISS, NBIS, ACCS and utilizing Knack and SIMS is a plus. * Understand and the ability to maintain government security forms, such DD Form 254 is a plus.
