Assistant Fall Arrest Installation Engineer Location: Field Based - Essex/ London & South East Salary: based on experience + Company Van Flexibility is key – this role may involve night work, weekends, and overnight stays when required. PTSG are the UK's leading provider of façade access and fall protection services, lightning protection, electrical testing, specialist building access and fire solutions. Our Fall Arrest Installations (FAI) division works on major construction projects across the UK installing fall protection and safety systems on new build developments and refurbishment projects. We are currently looking for an Assistant Fall Protection Installer to join our growing team in the South of England. What the role involves: You will work alongside a Lead Engineer installing fall protection systems across construction sites and commercial buildings. Typical responsibilities include: Assisting with installation of fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems Supporting the Lead Engineer during installations Working safely at height on construction sites Ensuring installations meet British Standards and manufacturer guidelines Maintaining company equipment and tools Completing site paperwork and basic reporting Representing PTSG professionally on client sites Most work is carried out on construction sites across London and the South East, with travel required.
