This is an entry level(1+ year experience is enough) and ideal for someone who’s trend-aware, organized, and ready to work hands-on in a fast-paced wholesale environment. What You’ll Do Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming samples Measuring and documenting fit samples at every stage of approval Regular communication with overseas factories to support the production lifecycle at every stage Creative/trend/color research and development of presentations to support sales meetings What We’re Looking For Positive can do attitude and an interest in becoming an integral part of the team 1+ year experience in fashion design (internships count if you can show strong work) Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills (presentation, flats, print placement, clean-ups) Working knowledge of technical design basics (garment construction, fit terms, measurements) Trend-savvy with a strong eye for our customers (Junior / Young Contemporary / Missy) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple styles at once Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow What We’re Offering Comprehensive training in PLM systems for overseas production Opportunities to grow your skills in clothing design through trend focused hands on development of product Positive and supportive team environment with room for growth to meet your skills Nice to Have Print/graphic experience (placements, repeat basics, logo/typography) Experience in wholesale/off-price or multi-style, fast-turn production Benefits 401(k) + company match Up to 15 days paid vacation 5 paid sick days Major federal holidays off
Responsibilities
