Description Assistant Field Representative The Assistant Field Representative plays a vital role in coordinating field operations by serving as a liaison between installation crews and project supervisors. This role ensures that projects are executed according to schedule, materials are properly managed, and the quality of installation meets company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between installation crews and project supervisors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. • Hold installers accountable for being on-site according to scheduled appointments. • Inspect the quality of work performed to ensure compliance with company and builder standards. • Manage and track all materials provided for scheduled projects. • Respond promptly to warranty service calls and ensure issues are resolved effectively. • Proactively monitor upcoming new construction projects within assigned subdivisions. • Operate and utilize company operating systems to verify floor plans, customer selections, and any special project requirements. • Accurately measure job sites to determine the materials required for each project. • Deliver and audit materials issued to installers at each job site, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Maintain daily communication and reporting of field activities with internal team members. Qualifications: • 1 year of experience in a field support, construction, or installation-related role preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Basic understanding of construction processes and materials. • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents. • Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic operating systems/software. • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Requirements Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel to and between job sites regularly. Ability to work outdoors and in active construction environments. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
