Description Position Summary: The Assistant Field Services Manager provides operational and administrative support to the Field Services Manager, ensuring efficient delivery management, field operations coordination, and overall business unit support. This role acts as a key operational partner in executing project logistics, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction across N-RG Cladding projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Field Services Manager in overseeing daily field operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination. Support the planning and execution of deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of materials and equipment. Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications. Communicate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate operational needs and resolve issues promptly. Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide operational insights to the Field Services Manager. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the Field Services Manager, including documentation, recordkeeping, and correspondence. Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of field operations with company goals and client expectations. Step in to manage field operations in the absence of the Field Services Manager when required. Requirements Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling/project management software. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Attributes: Experience in cladding, glazing, or architectural construction projects. Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards. Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
