Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager Job Type: Full-time Location :-Viman Nagar, Pune Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to support our Finance and Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, good numerical accuracy, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities Should have hands on experience in IT Sector(services) with minimum experience of 1 yr. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and expense statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations Assist with GST, TDS, PF, PT and other statutory compliance requirements Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and records Assist in audit-related activities and financial data preparation Support month-end and year-end closing processes Hands on Experience with Tally Qualifications B.Com/BBA Finance Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts Familiarity with Tally, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software Good analytical and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance Good communication and coordination skills Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment
