Responsibilities Lead the workstream and coordinate with the vendor for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) solution Liaise with internal business users to gather, analyse and follow-up on business requirements Rationalise the existing financial reports and provide insights on streamlining and automation Coordinate project tasks including User Acceptance Test and cutover activities with internal business users, vendors and development teams to ensure smooth operation and transition Support process design and enhancement, user manuals and training materials development Requirements Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline Possession of a recognised professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in financial reporting or group consolidation, preferably gained from a sizeable organisation Solid experience in finance system implementation, especially in financial accounting module Knowledge of financial controls, process governance, process simplification and digitalisation Experience in data conversion / COA mapping / system integration with other satellite systems (legacy systems) is preferred Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle FCCS Cloud, Hyperion Planning, HFM or PowerBI is an advantage Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms, renewal will be subject to business needs Candidates with less experience / lower qualification will be considered for the Accountant - ERP Transformation position Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
