Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Prepare management reports and financial analysis for the University; Coordinate annual budget and mid-year review exercises; Compile variance analysis and provide clear financial commentaries; Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs); Support investment-related matters, including performance monitoring and reporting; Assist in treasury and cash management, including cash flow planning and bank dealings; Prepare standard operating procedures; and Support ad hoc financial analysis, management projects and ad-hoc tasks as required Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognized degree in accountancy or equivalent; Qualified accountant with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained from sizable companies or organizations; Self-motivated, organized with strong communication skill and sense of ownership; Able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight timelines; Logical mind with service mindset, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility; and Hands-on experience in relevant areas is highly desirable.
