OUR CLIENT IS A LOCAL LEADING PLAYER IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER TO BE PART OF THEIR FINANCE TEAM TO ASSIST THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL-WEST - EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Roles and Responsibilities of Assistant Finance Manager:

  • Report to the Deputy Director and manage accounting and reporting functions for departments under Operations Shared Services (e.g., facilities management, environmental services, security, and carpark) at HQ.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to perform cost allocation and support cost recovery planning.
  • Provide accounting support to other business units.
  • Lead a team to ensure timely and accurate accounting, reconciliations, claims reimbursements, and reporting for funded programmes related to research, education, regional health, and talent development.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for all assigned departments.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements:

  • Degree degree in Accountancy with Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation
  • Min 6 years of finance operations experience, with grant exposure
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
