• Assist with preparing and maintaining the full set of accounts for one or more subsidiaries of the group, including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Support daily accounting operations: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, expense processing, and payments.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing documents and schedules and liaising with auditors/tax agents.
• Maintain proper filing systems for accounting records and supporting documents.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc assignments when required.
