Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Supervising the payment operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities; Monitoring and managing payment schedules, performing reconciliations, and resolving payment-related issues promptly; Assisting in the enhancement of processes and driving system automation initiatives to improve efficiency; Handling month-end accounts payable closing processes and providing support for year-end audits; Conducting financial analysis to aid management in decision-making; Preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures for payment-related functions; and Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or their delegate. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognized degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience gained from sizable companies or organizations; Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA) are highly preferred; A logical and analytical mindset, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach; Proven ability to manage time and processes effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines under pressure; Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work; and Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese (knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage).
