We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Finance Manager to assist our Finance team and lead our financial strategy, operations, and compliance as we scale our crypto trading business globally. • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning to optimize capital allocation.
• Accounting Operations: Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multi-asset trading.
• Compliance & Taxation: Ensure financial compliance, tax filings, and audits related to trading and digital assets.
• Risk & P&L Reporting: Monitor profit & loss statements, trading expenses, and financial risks.
• Process Optimization: Implement automation and data-driven financial workflows for efficiency.
• Advisory Role: Provide financial insights to trading teams and leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, across global entities.
• Oversee crypto asset accounting, treasury management, and liquidity strategy.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations (MAS, SEC, FCA, etc.), including tax, AML/KYC, and crypto reporting standards.
• Support strategic decision-making with accurate, real-time financial insights and performance metrics.
