Job Description Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly/annual reports, budgets, and forecasts; monitor financial performance; analyze variances. Operational Support: Oversee daily cash handling, General Ledger, Income Audit, and Accounts Payable/Receivable processes. Compliance & Control: Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, financial regulations, and internal controls; support audits. Team Leadership: Supervise finance staff, provide training, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Profit Maximization: Partner with hotel departments to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities, supporting owners' ROI. Systems & Accuracy: Maintain data integrity in financial systems (like Opera, Micros), ensuring precision in all transactions. Hospitality Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service, maintain brand standards, and act as a trusted financial advisor. Qualifications Essential Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. Experience in hospitality finance (GL, Income Audit).
