Job Title: Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, effective cost control, cash flow management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The role requires strong experience in handling finance operations within a trading or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and reporting to management.
Review general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records.
Prepare management reports including revenue analysis, profitability reports, and cost analysis.

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor budget performance and highlight variances.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability.
Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds.
Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital requirements.
Develop strategies to improve collections and optimize cash utilization.
Coordinate with banks for banking facilities, loans, and financial arrangements.

4. Trading / Manufacturing Finance Operations

Monitor profitability of products, projects, and business units.
Analyze gross margins, pricing, and cost structures.
