The role Are you an experienced finance operations professional looking to broaden your impact across O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles? Do you enjoy driving accurate financial reporting, improving internal controls, and partnering with business stakeholders? Are you looking for a role in the technology and IT solutions industry where you can grow both operationally and strategically? We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team supporting our fast‑growing IT solutions and digital services business. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence across core finance processes, supporting month-end reporting, and strengthening internal controls and compliance. The role: Oversee daily O2C, P2P, and R2R finance operations to support smooth business activities. Assist in month-end closing, including reviewing journal entries and accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related inquiries and operational issues across O2C, P2P, and R2R. Maintain proper internal controls, and contribute to developing policies and procedures as needed. Support process improvement initiatives, budgeting cycles, and financial planning & analysis activities. Assist with statutory audits, tax filing, and regulatory reporting requirements. (Nice to have) Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support operational efficiency. What we need to see from you Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in finance operations; prior experience in audit is a strong advantage. Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA or equivalent preferred. Experience in the IT solutions or technology industry is an advantage. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and structured working style. Proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, and financial systems for data analysis and reporting. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Job Function Finance
