Responsibilities
  1. Provide frontline administration assistance to the Public Guardian and Trustee through phone and front counter services to customers
    including people who may have intellectual and communication disabilities.
  2. Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including input of financial data, daily ledger transactions, cheque and electronic funds
    transfers, collecting revenue and commission, payment of accounts, receipting monies, bank reconciliations, procurement, corporate
    credit card, petty cash, and travel. Liaise with the general public, external service providers, and internal Trust and Estate Officers
    regarding client needs, assist with general enquiries in person and by email.
  3. Enquiry management, registration, coordination, and collection of Wills and Advance Personal Plans lodged with the Public Trustee.
    Assist in maintaining the Wills Register and Advance Personal Plans Register to meet statutory requirements. Includes data checking
    and inbox management.
  4. Respond positively to change with a commitment to ongoing improvement and professional development, act professionally at all
    times, demonstrate cultural competence and operate within the boundaries of agreed policies and procedures.
  5. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to
    ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
