Responsibilities: To lead project liaison work between the various departments; review research and analysis support regarding markets; monitor market trends, input cost movements and competitive developments; evaluate financial and operational data for new projects; review materials for papers, presentations and investor meetings; review market trends analysis and incorporate findings into presentations and track performance of key initiatives post-implementation to ensure targets are achieved. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. 5-7 years of Finance/Audit/Strategy experience from the Banking, Big Four or a Corporate Development Team. Salary RM5K & above depending on the qualification and experience. Strong knowledge of financial accounting; excellent analytical/modeling skills. Overall familiarity with the performance management frameworks and knowledge of various strategies would be a significant enhancement. Poultry experience will be advantageous. Exceptional business writing skills; ability to navigate through complex legal documents an advantage. Ability to negotiate under pressure and manage expectations and concerns of clients and capital partners. Business proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
