We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join our fast-paced and friendly Finance Department on a permanent basis. This role would suit a candidate with a relevant degree or AAT level 4, and ideally with experience already gained in a similar role (this is not essential).
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the close of the month-end accounting through the posting of journals, performing balance sheet reconciliations and other financial control activities. You will also play a key role in supporting the external interim and annual audits. You’ll will work together with finance colleagues, as well as colleagues from other departments, and provide a flexible approach when responding to queries from external and internal customers.
