Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for experienced Assistant Financial Controller to join the Team.
The Ballymascanlon Hotels a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel. It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.) preferred or in progres
  • Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, HotSoft) and POS systems
  • Strong understanding of hospitality KPIs

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and drive the monthly and annual financial reports for the hotel
  • Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, income audit, balance sheet) including departmental breakdowns
  • Ensure the compliance with internal controls
  • Process payroll on weekly basis
