As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller (f/m/d) to join our finance team in Amstelveen.

JOB SUMMARY:

As Assistant Financial Controller(f/m/d) you will play a crucial role in our finance department. As well as supporting the Head of Accounting in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
You will assisting various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
With your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, you will ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records. Additionally, you will work closely with international and foreign administrations, adding an important dimension to your role.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and verifying purchase and sales invoices
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records
  • Assisting with monthly closings and CBS filings
  • Preparing financial reports, annual financial statements and audit processes
  • Performing bank transactions, reconciling bank accounts and managing financial documentation
  • Handling tax-related administration, including VAT returns
  • Managing and processing financial transactions and reports related to international and foreign administrations
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks within the finance department
