KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Location: Nationwide from home base (Exeter)
    Salary: £30,000 OTE

Responsibilities
  • Inspection of fire dampers in line with current legislation and safety standards
  • Installation of access doors into ventilation systems to ensure proper inspection access
  • Perform minor repairs on fire dampers as needed
  • Maintain inventory of personal equipment and materials
  • Prepare and submit written reports on work completed
  • Ensure accurate and up to date record-keeping of all tasks and site visits
