JOB SUMMARY

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet In Charge to support the Fleet In-Charge in managing our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal fleet performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient operations while minimizing downtime.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS

• Communication Skills – Effective coordination with drivers, mechanics, and management.
• Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding of transportation laws and fleet compliance.
• Leadership & Team Supervision – Ability to guide and support fleet personnel.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in tracking fleet performance metrics.
• Crisis Management – Quick decision-making during breakdowns or emergencies.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Fleet Management (preferred).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in fleet operations, logistics, or automotive maintenance.
• Familiarity with fleet management software (e.g., GPS tracking, maintenance systems).

• Assist the Fleet In-Charge in overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor vehicle usage, allocation, and availability to meet business needs.
