Description

We are looking for an Assistant Fleet Manager Motorsport (M/F/D)

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE START

You don't need a perfect career on paper. You need to be willing to take on responsibility.

At eila, we value people who recognize problems before they arise. People who think proactively, take initiative, and maintain perspective when things get complex.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

  • You keep our fleet ready for use.
  • You will assist with the planning, control, and monitoring of our vehicles and mobile units.
  • You ensure that availability, maintenance and deployment planning are transparent and up-to-date at all times.

You coordinate before others have to react.

  • You organize maintenance, repairs, inspections and service appointments.
  • You work closely with workshops, service providers and internal teams, ensuring that nothing is left undone.

You keep track of all relevant vehicle data.

  • Registrations, deregistrations, access and documentation are all on the right track with you.
  • You will process damage reports, accident reports and provide support with administrative processes related to the fleet.

You are the interface between technology, logistics and projects

  • You coordinate information between project teams, drivers, workshops and external partners.
  • You ensure that everyone involved can work with the correct information.

You will help develop our fleet further

  • You question existing processes.
  • You contribute your own ideas and help to continuously develop our fleet organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

Your foundation

  • A commercial apprenticeship in the field of logistics, fleet management, freight forwarding, automotive or a comparable qualification is desirable.
  • Much more important than your resume is your ability to take responsibility and get things done.
  • Career changers with a genuine hands-on mentality are expressly welcome.

Your experience

  • You have already gained experience in fleet management, vehicle dispatching, logistics, workshop management or a similar environment.
  • Maintenance cycles, vehicle availability, approvals and technical processes are not foreign concepts to you.
  • Ideally, you bring experience from motorsport, the event industry, the automotive sector, or a dynamic project organization.

Your skills

  • You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and don't lose track even when dealing with many parallel topics.
  • MS Office and especially Excel are tools you take for granted.
  • You prioritize tasks effectively and keep track of deadlines, appointments, and availability at all times.
  • You recognize connections and find solutions before small challenges become big problems.

Your mentality

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and want to improve every day.
  • You communicate clearly, reliably, and on equal terms.
  • You are a true team player and at the same time know when decisions need to be made.
  • Flexibility, initiative and a willingness to perform are a matter of course for you.
