Hunton Park Hotel is looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the delivery of exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and events operations.

The Role:
As Assistant F&B Manager, you’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead a dynamic team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of service in all F&B areas. You’ll be instrumental in training, motivating, and driving the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, whether in the restaurant, bar, or during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and events
  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
  • Support staff training, development, and performance management
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Handle guest feedback effectively and professionally
  • Deputise for the F&B Manager when required

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management F&B role, ideally in a hotel environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to lead by example
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and events
  • A keen interest in hospitality trends, with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction
  • Enthusiasm for staff development, team morale, and fostering a positive working environment
