JOB SUMMARY
Are you curious, outgoing and warm? If so, Pier One Sydney Harbour is looking for you to join our team!
We believe in the power of personality and style to deliver mind-blowing service to our guests, rather than following a standard hotel script.
Whether you are an experienced industry professional or a newcomer eager to learn and grow, our pier presents endless opportunities for motivated and skilled individuals. Located under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, our five-star hotel boasts 189 premium rooms and suites, offering a truly luxurious experience on the vibrant heritage waterfront pier.
Pier One Sydney Harbour is not just a workplace; it’s a place where you can showcase your talents and make a real impact on our guests’ experience.
We work every day to elevate our associate’s experience.
SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service that exceeds guest expectations, empower associates to resolve concerns, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor laws, health & safety standards, and food handling procedures.
Human Resources Management: Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members, promoting skill development, retention, and morale.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, invoice management, and operational cost analysis.
