ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you’ll take full ownership of all F&B operations across our vibrant restaurant, stylish bar, room service, and events/ wedding spaces. This is a hands-on role to provide excellent customer service, to constantly exceed customer expectations delivering the highest standards with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
