WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant F&B management role (hospitality background essential)

Responsibilities
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event service areas
  • Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, and training to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain exceptional guest service standards and respond to customer feedback professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering and control
  • Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance across all F&B departments
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow
  • Help plan and execute special events, promotions, or seasonal menus
