We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for the 4* Landmark Hotel. Our Hotel is located in the centre of Carrick on Shannon overlooking the river Shannon.
The Landmark Hotel, has many F&B outlets including breakfast, casual dining & weddings,

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in of similar environment - 4 & 5 star hotel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in F&B stock control and ordering
  • Highly customer focused
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fluent English required

Responsibilities
  • The candidate will support the F&B Manager in the day to day operations of all food and beverage outlets of the Hotel.
  • Ordering of stock, previous experience using Procure Wizard.
  • Beverage stock control, pricing and understanding of sales mix.
  • Responsible for delivering the budgeted GP%.
  • To increase F&B sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved
  • Assist with weekly rosters - Alkimi.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the F&B Manager
  • Assist in the management and development of the team
  • To assist all areas of the hotel as required
  • Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times
  • Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to
  • Maximise all sales opportunities and promote a sales environment
  • Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole
