We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service delivered with consistent quality and care. Job Description As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage outlets, including Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, room service and event spaces. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this pivotal leadership role demands a strategic mindset to manage daily operations, drive performance and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences across every outlet. You will work closely with a skilled and motivated team, playing a vital role in driving results and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training and strong performance Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue, controlling costs and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing, promotions and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction Qualifications We are seeking leaders who are passionate about growth and development, committed to making a lasting impact within our team.
