Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and developing our talented F&B team. Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality and service Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement innovative menu concepts and service strategies Lead, train, and mentor F&B team members to deliver outstanding customer service Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and optimize profitability Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement Participate in staff scheduling and payroll management Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operations Qualifications Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards Creative problem-solver with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment Outstanding time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences In-depth knowledge of various cuisines and current culinary trends Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems Food safety certification Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
