Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Previous experience with 5 Star International Brand in a complex F&B Operations will be preferred
  • Should have eye to details and focus on quality results in terms of service
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team for smooth operation
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
  • Ensure consistent and efficient service is provided by well trained team to our guests
  • Oversee the implementation of a training plan for all food & beverage team members
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Maintains a presence in the outlets during operating hours
  • Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service and to provide feedback and suggestions
  • To drive the performance of the food & beverage team members, including completion of performance appraisals, coaching counselling and performance management in conjunction with People & Culture
  • To provide support to the F&B Director in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive excellence in the Food & Beverage department
