Job Description Ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Assist in setting and managing periodical food and beverage budgets and forecasts. Analyze monthly P&L statements and reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create attractive food products and improve food quality. Implement and maintain policies and standards for Food and Beverage operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and execute emergency procedures when necessary Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Strong leadership and excellent customer service skills Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
