Job Description In this role you will Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This includes managing and driving team, ensuring high-quality customer service, supporting budgeting efforts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role is both administrative and operational, requiring you to be involved in service delivery and team leadership. What will you be doing: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B - Pumphouse and within the hotel Supervise and support front-line staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service and addressing guest complaints effectively. Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and the culinary team to coordinate menus, special promotions, and event planning. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies. Ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintain food safety, hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections of service areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Qualifications What we are looking for: This role is for someone who is passionate about hospitality and delivery of service who is adaptable and is able to manage dynamic venues. Along with that you will also have : Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information What’s in it for you?
