Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across all service periods
• Lead, train and develop FOH teams
• Manage rosters, labour costs and team performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience
• Monitor KPIs, reporting and venue performance
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and RSA regulations
• Handle escalations and operational challenges

Supervisor

• Lead shifts and supervise front of house operations
• Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
• Deliver high-level customer service
• Support staff training and development
• Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with stock control and daily operations

About You

• Experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Passion for customer service and team culture
• Available to work a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)
• Current RSA required
