As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage outlets. Working closely with senior management and a dedicated team, you will uphold the highest standards of customer service, consistently exceeding the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate specials and important updates to the team.
  • Regularly check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Prepare detailed handover reports for the senior management team to ensure continuity and transparency.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and supervise food safety and health and safety protocols, providing necessary training.
  • Utilise social media to promote food and beverage sales and monitor sales performance, focusing on upselling techniques.
  • Create and monitor departmental objectives, benchmarking monthly achievements.
  • Manage cashing up procedures and handle complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
