Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the strategic direction of food and beverage operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences
  • Work alongside the F&B Manager to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance skills, boost engagement, and achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with mid to long-term business goals, focusing on cost control, profit margins, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
  • Maintain alignment to brand standards and internal control procedures across all food and beverage outlets
