Job Description A stunning resort based in the heart of Hunter Valley is looking for a dynamic and professional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be required to work weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients. Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation. Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants. Qualifications To be a success in this position, you will have: 12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment A current RSA certificate Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude. A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
